Joseph's Pita Bread

Tim and I love Joseph's Oat Bran and Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour Pita Bread with Plant Sterols....phew, long name.  They also make flatbreads which are just as good.

We make pizzas, pita sandwiches, breakfast pockets..etc with these things.  They are thinner and softer than most pitas.  And the best part...they are only 60 calories!  Put a little tomato sauce, turkey pepporoni and lowfat mozzeralla on it, and you have an amazing low-cal lunch.  Oooo another recipe....put canned tunafish on top of the pita.  Then put sliced tomato and cheese on top...yummy!

So far I have only been able to find these at Wal-Mart.  If you see them buy several bags because they go quick!
