A dollop of cool whip!

Here's a little yummy tip I learned from Chalene Johnson, creator of TurboJam, TurboKick, PiYo, Hip Hop Hustle, and of course my favorite, ChaLean Extreme. 


If you like cream in your coffee (or even if you don't) try adding fat free cool whip.  2 tablespoons, which is a serving, is 15 calories.  Enjoy a dollop :)
